The project encompassed a PARTIAL gut remodel, WHILE BEING MINDFUL OF THE ORIGINAL 1965 ELEMENTS. KEEPING IN MIND THE ORIGINAL DETAILS WE BUILT OFF OF THAT, CREATING A MID CENTURY MODERN OASIS. It involved MINOR EDITS TO THE floor plaN WHILE KEEPING THE ORIGINAL FOOT PRINT. The interior work included trim work, painting, wood staining, and the installation of flooring and tile throughout. Custom Cabinet DESIGN, custom tile work, and countertops were installed. Both interior and exterior lighting fixtures were selected and installed. The exterior finishes included the selection and installation of siding materials, TRIM COLORS, AND RAILING DESIGN. EACH FINISH WAS CAREFULLY SELECTED TO MIMIC OR GIVE AN ODE TO THE ORIGINAL ERA.
